I opened up The Curly Hair Salon in 2011 as a safe place for people’s curls. Growing up, I struggled not only with managing my own curls but also with finding a salon that understood them! 

I wanted to create a place that was filled with passionate women who had a strong understanding of curls so I could offer what I always searched for when I was younger. 

My overall mission is to provide a space (physically and spiritually) for women to embrace their authentic selves wholeheartedly so they can be proud of who they are and shine their light with the rest of the world.
